Rights

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."   The Declaration of Independence says Life is an unalienable Right.

Neither the Declaration nor the Constitution write about homosexual marriage; in fact homosexual behavior was illegal in all thirteen colonies and later all thirteen states.  Yet today we have homosexual marriage as a Constitutional right without any changes to the Constitution.

The right to innocent life has been long presumed.  Abortion was illegal in all thirteen colonies and all original thirteen states.  The founders never intended it to be legal.  An activist Supreme Court finds rights where they don't exist and denies rights that are plainly evident to all who read the documents; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
