Gun Rights

The right to keep and bear arms is nothing without the ability to carry a gun where ever you may go.  Having the right to keep guns locked up in a safe at home is not in keeping with the spirit of the Second Amendment.

The intent of the amendment was to allow people to have guns to defend themselves against an oppressive government.  It was also for people to be able to protect themselves from invasion, or from criminal attack.

The fact that the government does not want people to have guns, is a sign that they are oppressive.  Cities like Chicago, New York City, and Los Angeles are oppressing their citizens when they deny them the basic right to self defense.  Rich politicians with personal police protection should not prohibit working people from being able to defend themselves; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
