Constitution

The Supreme Court says that same sex marriage is a right guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States.  Where in the Constitution does it say that exactly?  When the Supreme Court decided ObamaCare, they went back to the original intent of the Congress at the time and said the Congress intended to cover as many people as possible so ObamaCare is legal.

In the same sex marriage case they did not do that.  At the time the Constitution, homosexual acts were illegal in every state.  Some states even called for the death penalty for sodomy between consenting adults.  When the 14th Amendment was passed, calling for equal protection under the law, homosexual acts were still illegal in every state in the Union.

The Supreme Court perverted the rule of law, the Constitution and and intent of the framers and Congress by ruling that same sex marriage is not only Constitutional but required to be recognized by the whole nation.  This ruling is typical of a court that sees itself as the maker of laws, not the interpreter of laws; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
