Death Penalty

"If anyone takes a human life, that person's life will also be taken by human hands. For God made human beings in his own image."  Genesis 9:6 from the Bible instructs us that murder is punishable by death.  Murder is the killing of innocent people for no good reason.

Murder should be punishable by death because there is nothing you can do with a murderer that does not endanger other people.  If murderers are housed with other prisoners, how do you keep them from killing the other prisoners?  What additional punishment can you do to them if you won't execute them?

What about murderers who kill guards?  Or murderers who assault guards?  Is it okay to allow guards to be placed in danger for decades because they are guarding murderers?  Giving prisoners fewer and fewer privileges as they attack and kill others?  What kind of life would you force them to lead?  No contact with people?  How do they eat or get medical treatment?  The death penalty should be used on the worst criminals because it's actually more humane for other prisoners, the guards and ultimately for the condemned prisoners; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
