Economic Impact

It is unreasonable to expect that decent wages in the United States cannot be grossly undercut by less expensive foreign workers.  Decades ago when the US had a significant technological lead over other nations we could make things here that could not be made elsewhere.  For most consumer goods, that is no longer the case.

The US should also seek to cut every regulation on business that they can.  Every regulation makes American companies less competitive because there is one more thing they have to do in order to say in business.

Every new law should require an estimate of the economic impact that it will have on business.  Our goal should be full employment.  Laws that have a negative economic impact must be so important that they are worth the hidden tax of compliance, that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
