NYPD

http://www.aol.com/article/2014/12/19/nypd-fumes-over-lack-of-support-from-mayor-de-blasio-in-wake-of-eric-garner-grand-jury/21118342/

Mayor de Blasio has made a number of statements in recent months that were not supportive of the New York Police Department.  He has met with demonstrators, many of whom have been violent, and even attacked police officers.

The mayor is anti-police and has no idea how police work is supposed to be done.  He wants every contact to be perfect and for no one to be hurt, despite the fact that this is the real world where such idealism is impossible.

When police are at work they are always in danger.  In the last 30 years police have improved their tactics and training and fewer and fewer people are being killed by police.  Yet people like Mayor de Blasio behave as if the police are just crazed killers looking for someone to kill.  Now two police officers were murdered in cold blood by one of these protesters.  The mayor should resign.  I am generally opposed to public employee strikes, but perhaps NYPD needs to take a day off until the mayor resigns; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
