Solve Problems

The United States needs to solve some problems.  I think many of the solutions are pretty straightforward and in many cases interrelated.  First, repeal the word "private" in the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  The government has no business interfering in the private affairs of it's citizens.

Is someone wants to discriminate against another person then that should be their prerogative.  It's not about fairness, it's about freedom.  If the government forces someone to hire a Christian, gay, Black, woman, old person then that is oppression by the government of the person forced to do the hiring.  There is a massive industry devoted to inclusiveness and diversity that does nothing but distract from the real work at every major company in the nation.

If it's a good idea to hire, serve, sell to, buy from or otherwise do business with other people who are different, then eventually you will do business with them.  If you don't you go out of business.  We spend too much time and energy suing each other, worrying about lawsuits and trying to be "fair" than we do actually getting the work done.  Increase our productivity and create jobs for everyone; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
