The liberals have made every effort to push the Christian God out of the public square. Secular humanism has become the god of liberalism and the liberals proselytize it whenever they can, as well as prevent Christians from enjoying the same liberty. So Christians can't speak the Word of God in the public square, even at Christmastime. Display a manger scene that has been there for fifty years, and suddenly you might offend someone. Even if the scene is paid for by Christian taxpayers or by private funds it is too offensive to view a woman with her Holy Child. You can put up Halloween decorations. Any imagery that celebrates any kind of evil, heresy, paganism, or disrespect to Christ is permitted. It is okay, even if it is on public property. It is permitted even if it is done on taxpayer time with taxpayer dollars. Christians are not permitted to be offended by assaults on their religious beliefs. Dress as a Catholic school girl, naughty nun or the devil himself and it's not a problem. Have children draw pictures of witches and ghosts and it's perfectly okay. Any supernatural woman is fine as long as it in not the Virgin Mary. Any ghost is all right unless it is the Holy Ghost. Just don't mumble a short prayer in the lunchroom or wear a crucifix around your neck, that might be offensive; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend. When the Russians were fighting in Afghanistan, the Mujaheddin were not our friends or the good guys. They were allies against a common enemy. Americans have a hard time with that concept. In WWII we tried to make the Communist Soviet Union out to be a nice place where happy Russians living under Uncle Joe Stalin were attacked by the evil Nazis. Stalinist Russia was nothing like the USA in those days. It was an evil oppressive regime that killed tens of millions of it's own people and attacked many of it's neighbors. Nations have allied and enemies and neutrals. People have friends. Good and Bad apply to individuals and their moral character and actions, not the nature of nations. In these days of global change, with Communist China, Cuba, Iraq and Iran, France and other nations competing and helping the USA we need to keep those thoughts in mind; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/reality-china-s-one-child-policy-forced Big government does not care about the individual. Big government cares about it's own power. In Communist China if a woman is pregnant a second time in her life, she is forced to have an abortion. By forced, that means that men will grab the pregnant woman, force her to a clinic and then hold her down while a doctor injects lethal chemicals to murder her child. When government controls health care the government will do what it thinks is in the best interest of the government. That may or may not be in the best interest of the individual. If the government wants the population to grow at a certain rate and it is growing faster than that, then the easiest way to deal with that problem is to force women to have abortions. The safest place in the world should be in the womb. The unborn baby is the most helpless human being there is, and should be safer than anyplace in the world. When big government gets involved, it can be the most dangerous place; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

UK Schools Hold UFO Crash Drills Schools in the UK have been teaching children by holding UFO crash drills. Children don't spend much time in school. They have precious few hours to learn the skills they need to survive in the real world. Spending time investigating fake UFO crashes seems a poor way to spend those few hours each day. Children will have to face various types of disasters in their lives. Why not reconstruct one of those types of emergencies? One of the most common disasters is a traffic collision. Children could investigate a traffic accident. They will almost certainly be involved or stop to help someone at a traffic accident in their lifetimes. So why not train them how to respond to such an emergency? Stop the car in a safe place. Notify the police. Check for injuries. Treat the injured. Take photos of the scene. Swap drivers license information. Notify your insurance company. Kids could then write a report about the event. Much more practical than a UFO crash; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=218349 A woman puts up a note in her church for a Christian roommate to share her home and now is being persecuted by our government. They are claiming fair housing discrimination because of religion. A non-Christian was interested in the room and now wants to get the government to force her be able to live in the house. Private property rights should not be violated by the government. Private citizens who own property should be able to rent it to anyone they want to rent it to. If a land lord wants to rent to only gay people then he should be able to rent to only homosexuals. If a land lord does not want to rent to Blacks, Whites, Christians or Jews, then he should have that right. It's private property, not government property. The government should not tell the owners of property who they have to rent it to. If the market does not support discriminatory housing, then landlords have a choice. Leave units vacant or rent them to people who may not be their first choice. But that's the point, it should be their choice. I am all about the freedom. Freedom to do what you want with your own property. Rent it to who you want, for the amount you want to charge, without the government telling you what to do; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

California is having an election soon and here is how I am planning on voting for the propositions on the ballot:
Proposition 19, Legalizes marijuana, NO.
Proposition 20, Redistricting, NO.
Proposition 21, Increased vehicle taxes, NO.
Proposition 22, Prevents the State from taking local taxes, YES.Proposition 23, Suspends global warming regulations, YES. Proposition 24, Repeals recent tax cuts, NO Proposition 25, Change requirement to pass budget to simple majority, NO Proposition 26, Requires fees be approved by 2/3rds vote, YES Proposition 27, Redistricting, NO The propositions are worded so that if you want the proposition to happen you vote “Yes” and if you don’t want the laws to change you vote “No.” I generally will vote No for anything I am not sure about, because the status quo will be maintained. I generally vote against more taxes, more regulation and bond issues. We already pay too many taxes, have too many regulations and are too deep in debt; that’s the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Officials Claim Chinese Rare Earth Metals Embargo Expands to Include to U.S. and Europe Popular Science The Communist Chinese are showing they know how to wage war without firing a shot. As they have grown their economies by providing cheap exports to destroy the domestic economy of the United State, they are now working to take further advantage of that situation. They have stopped the export of certain raw materials to minimize our ability to produce products. As companies worry only about the short term and act as if nothing can ever disrupt their supply chain, they went to just in time supplies. That way they don't have to spend money to warehouse materials. They buy only what they need right now and ship raw materials and parts to the factory just as they are about to be used. Now along comes Red China and they stop shipment of raw materials. Almost immediately companies feel the pinch because they have nothing in storage to account for supply disruptions. So when the Communists decided to raise the price or ask the US for other trade concessions, we have little choice but to concede. Warfare by other means is what they call it; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Somali Pirates Seize Two Ships Off Coast of Kenya Somali pirates hold over a dozen ships and nearly 500 hostages. Why do we let this continue? Why do Western Nations permit the lawless savages of Somali hold civilized men going about their lawful business as hostages? Why do Western Nations ask permission from the owners of the ships before they try and rescue the hostages? Do you want the government to ask your boss before they send in a SWAT team to save you? The US should organize a group of nations to go into Somalia and clean out this nest of vipers. Russia, China, even North Korea have lost ships to these evil, Islamic extremists who rob and kidnap people engaged in peaceful commerce. The US, UK, France, Germany, India, and Italy could form a force of ten or twenty thousand troops to go in, kill the pirates and take back the ships and pirates. They should not engage in nation building. Their rules of engagement should allow them to use the maximum amount of force to minimize friendly and hostage casualties. They should strike with surprise, and not warn them for months that the commandos are coming. If the West did this a time or two, Islamic pirates would be out of business for a long time; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Some of my friends look at lists like those I have published yesterday and they see guns and ammo. They focus on those two to the exclusion of everything else. They go out and buy six assault rifles, two shotguns, twenty pistols and fifty thousand rounds of ammunition. Suddenly they think they are ready. Read for what? How many rifles can you use at a time? How many rounds of ammo can you carry if you are forced to evacuate? If the black helicopters come you may need a lot of ammo, but after a major urban fire that takes out thirty blocks, and is coming for your block, how much can your reasonably expect to carry away? How will all that ammo help you after an earthquake or tornado or volcanic eruption? Certainly I am all for being prepared, but prepare for the most likely eventualities. Preparations should be balanced between terrorism, government oppression and natural disasters. Natural disaster being the most likely and most frequent. Every year people die in heat waves, blizzards and house fires. How will all those guns help in those situations? I am a gun guy. I have guns, I want more guns. But I recognized guns are only one aspect of the larger home protection and security puzzle; that’s the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Here is a partial list you should consider storing at your home for use in an emergency. See the Office of Emergency Management or the Red Cross for additional information. Water, food, medication, pet food, charcoal, radio, flashlight, batteries, vital records, first aid kit, cash, whistle, phone list, walking shoes, gloves, tools, snacks, maps, light sticks, guns, ammo, holster, clothing, blankets, personal care items, toothbrush, and etc. A go bag in case you have to evacuate. Tenting is helpful if you have to sleep in the back yard, sleeping bags. The vehicles should always have at least a half a tank of fuel. The car can be used to evacuate, or to listen to the radio for news and information. Be ready and don’t rely on the government to come rescue you, they will be busy; that’s the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Analysts Concerned as Statistics Show Steady Decline of American Middle Class - DailyFinance In Mexico there are millions of poor people and a few who control all the wealth of the nation. This is true in nearly all Third World nations. A small ruling elite control all the wealth. They own the factories. They own the farms. They own the mines. They own the railroads, and oil refineries and all the means of production. In Mexico on party has pretty much governed the nation for over fifty years. They run the cities. They run the regional governments. They run the state governments. They run the Federal government. Mexico has no real middle class. Mostly poor people and a few very rich people at the top. In America, the rich are getting richer and the middle class is becoming the poor. The middle class are being taxed and regulated out of existence. The rich manage to avoid taxes and they have so much money that they still increase their wealth. The poor don't pay taxes either, because they don't have much money. The middle class pay most of the taxes, they don't have the shelters to hide money. They don't inherit much money. They are going away, and we are going the way of Mexico; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

After Hurricane Katrina many people were surprised that it took a few days for government, and utility services to return. Here in earthquake prone Southern California we have always been told that we need to have a minimum of three days supplies on hand in case of a major earthquake. Many people even recommend having two weeks worth of supplies in the event of a major disaster. Think about the kinds of disasters that have happened in your area in the last two hundred years. We have had floods, earthquakes, riots, brush fires, major urban fires, foreign invasion and government rounding up citizens and putting them in relocation camps. So it seems prudent that my family should prepare for all of these and perhaps a few more, like tsunami, since we are near the coast. We had a power outage of about 12 hours just this last week. Have a plan on where everyone should go and what they should try and do in the event of an emergency. Have supplies on hand for two weeks without utilities or stores or government aid to assist you. Have smaller versions at work and in your car, in case you are not home and know where everyone should go and a back up location if that place is not habitable; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Chandra Levy Trial to Begin After 9 Years - FoxNews.com Murdered congressional aide Chandra Levy was killed a few years ago. Now it appears she was murdered by an illegal alien. Maybe this should be a wake up call to the liberals, feminists, Jews, Democrats, and media elites that they are at risk from illegal immigrants. Too often those groups who typically support the liberal left seem to support illegal aliens. They seem to think that they are immune to the effects of illegal immigration. When conservatives talk of putting up a wall along the border we are often met with denial that there is a problem. We are told we are racist, and evil for denying migrants the right to move across artificial borders. All borders are artificial. That does not make them wrong. I don't want uninvited guests in my home, and the USA is my home too; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

The Obama Administration says they want to give $250 to all retired seniors and disabled people on Social Security. They don't want to give a raise to Social Security recipients because the rate of inflation is too low. Forget it. Either give them a raise due to inflation or don't give them anything. The Federal government is broke and a $250 bonus check of money we don't have is just a bribe to seniors to vote Democratic. They know that an $11 a month increase in benefits would be forgotten, but a $250 bonus check would be remembered. My wife had a 15% pay cut this year. I have been laid off twice in three years. We have 10% unemployment. Everyone is suffering, and the government wants to give retired people more money, that we don't have? When you cut government spending everyone has to take a hit, including retirees. How about giving Social Security recipients the right to earn more money without paying taxes on their income? Why not fix their problems and make their long term lives better, rather than just give people a bribe? Why not roll back the full retirement age back to 65 like it used to be? Why not put Congress and all Federal employees on Social Security, that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Small business owners and those who make a couple million dollars a year are most likely to employ people. Yet those are the very people President Obama calls rich, and thinks they need to pay more in taxes. Those people won't be able to hire anyone if they have to pay more taxes. They are likely to lay people off if their taxes increase. Gardener, maid, housekeeper, nanny, driver, handyman, cook are all people that could be hired by those who make a couple million dollars a year. So they hire people to make their lives easier and to do jobs they don't want to do or don't have time to get done. Those jobs are not enough to make anyone else rich, but they are good entry level jobs, good second jobs, good jobs to gain experience in working. Sometimes those jobs actually become great opportunities. The gardener hires a couple helpers, buys a few used trucks and in a couple years, he has someone else cutting his lawn. President Obama wants to punish that kind of initiative by taxing this man more. That's very counterproductive; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Unemployment is the second highest it has been since World War Two. The Federal deficit is the highest it has ever been. Foreclosures will be the highest on record. Both Houses of Congress are controlled by Democrats and the President is a Democrat. The majority is so large that there is nothing the Republicans can do to stop the Democrats from passing any bill they want to pass. Anything the government does poorly is their responsibility. With nearly two years to handle our problems they have only gotten worse. We are still fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. While I have always supported those wars, the Democrats said they would pull all the troops out within six months because these were just George Bush's wars designed to enrich his big corporate donors. Apparently that was not really the case, since we still have tens of thousands to troops there fighting. The economy is still very slow, the stock market is low, and in California unemployment is still over 12%. A shocking number. Home values are low, and as usually the only solution the Democrats seem to have is to raise taxes and increase regulations. Those are to of the reasons we got into this mess; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Full employment should be the goal. The lowest that unemployment has been since the end of WWII was in the Eisenhower administration at 2.5 %. We should be constantly trying to reach that goal again. First thing we do is give every lawfully married husband and wife a tax deduction of $50,000 if one of them stays home to take care of the kids. They must have at least one child and the child must be under 18 years of age. They don't get any additional benefit by having more children, one parent must work full time and if they are not married and mother, father and child all live together, then they don't qualify. This will take women out of the workforce and let them stay at home to take care of their children. One parent must work full time and the other parent must not work at all. Their job is to care for the child. Second thing we do is to make all hours worked in a day over 6 be paid at a time and a half rate, rather than 8 hours as it is now. All hours over 32 worked in a week must be paid at time and a half. All workers who work 28 hours or more in a week are considered full time and get full time benefits. Companies will have to hire more staff to avoid paying overtime. Two ways to increase employment that could be made law tomorrow, without any big give away to huge corporations; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

'Political' pastor to IRS: Sue me (OneNewsNow.com) American citizens have a right to freedom of speech. The Founding Fathers especially wanted this right to include political speech. American citizens have a right to freedom of religion. Many religions have a duty to live out their religions beliefs. That includes preaching on the values of the world and being the moral compass of the community. Sometimes that includes speaking out on political issues and even the need to vote for or against particular candidates. The liberals years ago figured out a way to muzzle the speech of Christians. They got the Internal Revenue Service to declare that if pastors preach on political issues, they risk losing their tax exempt status. That means that the church loses two freedoms, freedom of religion and freedom of speech. This is just plain wrong. It goes against the intent of the Founders and denies a group the freedom of association just because they speak on moral issues that are also political. The homosexual agenda is a moral issue. Abortion is a moral issue. The right to keep and bear arms for defense of life and family is a moral issue. The IRS does not want Christian pastors to speak out on those issues because they are political. For liberals this is a great political advantage, it stifles their religious opponents. That's immoral; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

http://townhall.com/columnists/MichelleMalkin/2010/10/08/the_green_war_on_children/page/full/ The liberals in the guise of protecting the planet are making war on children. Not really existing children as such, but rather the concept of having children at all. Since they are not Christians, they don't think that children, man, is made in the image of God. Since they are not the image of God, but rather just animals in an ecosystem, they are just another creature. No different, no more special, than the snail darter fish, an orangutan, or spotted owl. So if we have to prevent children from being born in order to save a fish, or primate, or bird, then so be it. Since the snail darter fish is no more or less important than a human child, then we must do all we can do save snail darters. The liberal greens are the ultimate conservatives when it comes to the ecology of the planet. No animals should become extinct. No plants should be allowed to become extinct. No eco-system should ever change. Forests should not become prairies, prairies should not become fields, fields should not become cities. If that means that humans must be eliminated to make that happen, then that's fine. Humans are just one more animal and their numbers must be kept in check, so say the greens. I support reasonable management of our planet, but humans are superior to the animals. God gave us dominion over them, and we must not sacrifice ourselves on a green, pagan altar; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/news/articles/2010/10/09/20101009arizona-border-national-guard-troops.html#ixzz11yrvKLB1 President Obama promised National Guard troops to guard the border with Mexico. Despite weeks of delay they are finally there. Why was it necessary to have the Federal Government sent State National Guard troops to the border? Why didn't President Obama simply send Federal troops to the border? Why didn't the state governors send National Guard troops to their borders? I have other concerns about sending troops to the border. Do they have bullets in their guns? Are they locked and loaded? Do they have rules of engagement that allow them to shoot first if threatened or do they have to take fire first? What happens if the fire comes from across the border? Can they pursue? Even across the border? What happens when they are confronted by the Mexican military who are known to cross the border now and again? Can they make arrests or detain illegals? What happens when our military is corrupted by drug money? Some E-5 given $50,000 in cash just to look the other way while the drug lord brings in a couple million dollars worth of drugs? Using the military to protect the border is a terrible idea. The Border Patrol needs to be seriously expanded and made more paramilitary so they can engage any threat; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Doctors are supposed to do no harm. They are not supposed to make moral judgements of the people they heal. They are supposed to treat prisoners, politicians and ordinary people in the same way, with dignity and respect, each getting the best treatment that the doctor is able to give to his patient. Now doctors are violating their historic oaths to do no harm. Doctors perform lethal injection to execute prisoners. I fully support the death penalty, but doctors should only be involved to the extent that they pronounce the prisoner as dead. The politically correct method of execution is lethal injection because we are too afraid that vicious criminals may suffer for a few seconds before they die. I think the firing squad, gas chamber, guillotine, handing and electric chair were perfectly acceptable methods of execution. Suffering by the prisoner was minimal and after all, they were convicted of the worst crimes. Doctors perform abortions, they are making a lot of money by killing babies. They have substituted their oaths for money. They care more about making millions than they do about the sanctity of human life. Every doctor who has done an abortion should have his license to practice suspended one year for every abortion he has performed in his career. Assisted suicide is now legal in some states for doctors to perform. It is just another way for doctors to make money and for the states to save money. Older people and people who are since cost a lot of money to treat. So insurance companies, governments and greedy doctors conspire together to kill those people. Experimenting on prisoners or embryos is no different, they are fully formed humans with rights. If prisoners give their informed consent to take part in medical experimentation then I am okay with that. But embryos can't give consent. Experimentation on them is always wrong, not matter the potential rewards; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing. Hippocrates was a better guide to medical ethics then our laws and medical ethicists are today.

Titus 2 1But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: 2That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. 3The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; 4That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, 5To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. 6Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded. 7In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, 8Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you. 9Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; 10Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things. 11For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. 15These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee. In California there is a ballot measure that will legalize marijuana. What does God say about this measure? In his letter to Titus, St. Paul tells us how to live a Christian life; 2 ...the aged men be sober... 3 ...the aged women likewise... 4 ...the young women to be sober... 5 ...the young men likewise... to be sober... It does not say to smoke marijuana and be high all the time. It exhorts us all to be sober. God does not want us to be impaired in our mental functions. He does not want us to use alcohol to excess nor does he want use to become impaired by using other drugs. We should vote No on Proposition 19; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

BBC News - US medical tests in Guatemala 'crime against humanity' Over sixty years ago, in cooperation with the Guatemala government, the US experimented on mentally ill people and prisoners by infecting them with venereal diseases. They were trying to chart the course of the disease and try to find a cure. I don't support medical testing on humans without their consent. In the case of the mentally ill wards of the government and the prisoners the Guatemalan government gave consent to do these experiments. The standard for medical experimentation was very low sixty years ago. While I would no longer expect these types of experiments to happen today, they were not all that unusual in the middle of the 20th Century. One of the lines in the article speaks to compensation for the "victims." If any compensation is due anyone it is due from the Guatemalan government since they authorized the experimentation. In my opinion, incidents that happen thirty, or forty years ago are best forgotten in terms of compensation. Legal, ethical standards change over time and you can't go back with a big check book and try and make everything right. You simply have innocent people paying for the crimes done by someone else; giving money to people who did not suffer directly. That only makes sense to lawyers and the greedy; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Judge Says NC School Can't Bar Ariana Iacono Over Her Nose Piercing Schools have dress codes to reduce the disruption caused by students wearing unusual hair, clothing or jewelery. Schools need to keep order and minimize distractions. Children are easily distracted and since so many of today's students are not well supervised the schools have to enforce ever more rigid dress codes, even uniforms. Tolerance is the last virtue of a corrupt society. A kid in North Carolina has been kicked out of school because she wears a nose ring. Our founding fathers did not look to nose rings as a fundamental human right. Our judges have no sense of history, decorum, common sense or good judgement. Rather, they force us to be tolerant of every deviant behavior that does not result in immediate physical harm to others. The United States has allowed almost any group to define themselves as a religion. This is one of the few times the wisdom of our founders has not served us well. In their times almost no one worshiped any god other than the God of the Bible, and pagan Indians. The long term assumption was certainly that over time the Indians would be displaced, absorbed, and converted. Now we are permitting any fringe group to claim to be a legitimate religion and permitting behaviors that are disruptive at best and dangerous at worse; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

McDonald's Happy Meal Lawsuit: Center for Science and the Public Interest Says It Will Sue - DailyFinance The liberals who think they need to control every aspect of our lives now think that parents are too stupid to avoid taking their kids to McDonald's until the kids are fat. The allure of a Happy Meal is such a siren song that the parents are forced to take their children to McDonald's and buy them fatty foods. As usual, the liberals won't allow parents to raise their kids as they see fit. So rather than try and use reason and logic the liberals want the heavy hand of government to force everyone to avoid the dangerous Happy Meal. Liberals seem to prefer government regulation to freedom and this is another example. They think that parents are so weak that they can't control their children. They want the government to micromanage peoples lives to the point that we can't even go to a restaurant that offers a toy with a kids meal. I would rather have freedom than judges selecting my menu items; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

The Obama Administration has put out a terror alert for Americans travelling to Europe. They are concerned about recent Islamic extremists terrorist threats to kill American in Europe. So the Obama Administration tells all Americans to avoid going to Europe but if you do go there to "be vigilant." So if nothing happens, the Obama Administration will say they did not require anyone to stay home. If any attacks do happen the Obama Administration will say they told us to "be vigilant" and to stay home, so it's the victims; fault. This type of vague warning is so useless! Visiting reindeer herders thirty miles above the Arctic circle in Norway is just as dangerous as visiting government buildings in London. Spending time in a small rural village on the steppes in Russia is as dangerous as visiting the American Embassy in Rome, Italy. I understand that intelligence is no always precise, but the administration should tell us something worthwhile or not bother at all; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

The Democrats see illegal aliens as potential Democratic voters, since they play race politics. That's why they don't want to build a fence or kick out those who are here. The Republicans support cheap labor for big business, that's why there are few attempts to restrict hiring of illegal aliens and why they don't have big penalties for hiring them. The main steam media will target the Republicans as racist if they don't permit illegal aliens to enter without check. Along with this immigration stance comes the free trade stance. Large multinational corporations like to move money, labor and the means of production to the most efficient and profitable places for themselves. Republicans generally support business and profit so they support big business. The Democrats are in favor of regulation of every aspect of live and business in particular. Who you can hire, who you can promote, sexual harassment, discrimination, pollution, energy efficiency and so on. So they regulate business to the point where it is no longer competitive on an international scale. So while Democrats and Republicans have different agendas, the results are the same. Jobs go overseas and cheap goods come here, making it harder for Americans to compete, that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Martin Jetpack for US Military? Armed Forces Int. News - The US military is considering the purchase of a jet pack made by a company in New Zealand. The jet pack, like the flying car, is one of those technologies that has not been developed to the extent that they should have been. These technologies are the sort of devices that can radically change the nature of our cities and our economies. No more grid lock on our highways as people try to commute to work or school. No more building ever wider roadways in order to accommodate the increased traffic every year brings. No more paving more and more of our lands to make wider and wider roads. The US should invest in technologies that will change the nature of our society. So we are able to use flying cars and jet packs in civilian life to make a better nation. The airways are so large they will never become over crowded. Large vehicles, like trucks can stay on the ground, and the passenger vehicles can fly in the air. With GPS and computer controls the aircraft can fly themselves to and from destinations, so we don't all have to become pilots and we don't have to worry about navigation or collisions. It's time for this technology; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

I favor free trade, it has to be fair trade. We should not export businesses that are essential to our national security. We should not regulate our economy so that businesses are forced out of this nation. Here in California we have unemployment that is at least 2% higher than the rest of the nation due to high taxes and government regulation. I suspect that there are no companies being sued for millions because they don't provide benefits for homosexuals in India or China or Japan. I suspect that bogus workers comp lawsuits and sexual harassment lawsuits is not bankrupting businesses in the UK and Mexico like they are doing here. We can and must compete in global markets or we end up with an auto industry like we had in the 1970s that make cars that were not very good in comparison to the Japanese. Competition is good, but the competition must be fair. We need immigration enforcement, lawsuit reform and tax reduction to stimulate our civilian economy. We need to have protectionism to keep our national assets in this country; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

Free and fair trade between free and fair nations is a good deal for all concerned. I buy stuff from all over the world and I like being able to have a huge selection of products to choose from. The problem comes when evil nations using slave labor or who are run by a small clique try and trade with free countries. The people of Communist China are the last ones to benefit from American trade with China. The ruling elites and the military get billions of dollars before anyone else gets the left over crumbs. The same problem exists in Mexico the workers get almost nothing and the rich get richer. That's one major reason so many illegal aliens come to the United States to work. The underground or marginal economy here in the USA is still better than the low wages paid in Mexico. This creates unfair competition between American workers who get paid a decent living and American companies who must comply with a bewildering array of foolish regulations verses Chinese or Mexican companies that pay next to nothing in wages and have comparatively little regulation. Not everything that is a good idea needs to be a law. Workplace harassment is a good example. Employees who are harassed at work should complain to their human resources department and the offending employee should be disciplined or fired. There is no reason for this to result in government intervention and create huge costs for an employer who did nothing wrong. There are many other regulations that could be eliminated, the whole cap and trade nonsense President Obama are pushing is another great example. Companies will be faced with huge expenses and get no return from that investment. With greater freedom and the ability to concentrate on their core competencies our American companies will be better able to compete in global markets; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.

http://www.investors.com/NewsAndAnalysis/Article/548296/201009231851/Colombia-Shows-Mexico-How-To-Do-It.htm Unlike President Obama who only worries about getting the combat troops out of combat, Colombia is trying to win their war on terror. Unlike President Obama who says that America can absorb terrorist attacks, Columbia is taking the offensive against terrorists in an effort to win their war. You can't win a war if you don't try to win it. That is the real lesson from Viet Nam. Try and win the war or don't get involved in the first place. Set clear mission goals and objectives and attain those goals, use the resources that you need, don't try and fight the war on the cheap. Mexico and the US are fighting a minor war against drug lords and terrorists along our common border. American people are financing the enemies of both Mexico and the US by buying drugs. American courts are failing to prosecute drug users, rather pretending they have a disease and so don't deserve jail. We and the Mexicans need to get serious about fighting our wars, that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
