Dumb Mom

Her IQ is 71, lower than normal, but not all that low. I would think if you are smart enough to care for yourself, you could probably care for a child. They want to take her child away and adopt it out to another family. They say she will have little or no connection to the child after that. If the woman is not suspected of actual abuse, then why is her child being taken away? Perhaps she could go to classes, have supervised custody, or maybe even get married to a husband who can help care for it. Will the courts go a step further and require she be sterilized? After all, if she can't care for children why would she be allowed to have them? Perhaps the courts could institute a nationwide eugenics program to insure only parents that they approve of; that's the view of the Hysterical Right Wing.
