Plastic surgery should be done to make people who have an injury or deformity not to injure or deform people. Plastic surgeons who perform such surgeries should have their license to practice medicine revoked. Doctors are supposed to heal people. Doctors are supposed to make things better. Those doctors who give women unrealistically large breast implants, or who modify people bodies so that they look like animals or mythical creatures are not helping them. They are buying into their mental illness. A person that thinks there life will be better just because they get their perfectly good nose made smaller, their fully functional breasts made larger, their totally normal face re-arranged into the shape of an animal has a mental problem. They do not need plastic surgery. They need friends, a priest, a counsellor, not a plastic surgeon, that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
