Gangsa Bratz

MGA Ordered to Stop Selling Bratz Dolls - WalletPop Judges acting on behalf of Mattel have ordered the ceasing of sales of the Bratz Dolls. They say they are too much like a doll that the inventor developed while working for Mattell and so the idea should belong to Mattell. I hope Mattell takes the idea of these dolls and sinks them in a deep hole. Dolls that portray the gangster lifestyle and bring it to a wider audience are simply another sign of the decadence of our society. Gang members who generate large amounts of money by their illegal activity have always had difficulty laundering the money. It is difficult to buy $100,000 cars and $1,000,000 homes using small denomination cash money. So they have to fake profits on a seemingly legitimate business venture so that they can spend most of the money. In the past organized crime would own businesses that did a large volume of cash operations and hide their illegal money with the profits. In more recent times gangsters have turned to the recording business and then clothing and other businesses to not only launder their illegal drug profits but also to legitimize and glamorize their career criminal lifestyles. Music and videos that make gang banging seem fun, profitable and even mainstream tear down our nation and corrupt our youth. The Bratz line of toys was one of these products that while not actually part of the gangster lifestyle, did it's best to bring that lifestyle to little children. I hope Mattell never brings it back; that's the view from the Hysterical Right Wing.
